My Program
VERY IMPORTANT - This version contains new address information.  If you have an old version , dump it and use this one, aside from having the right ordering info, it is an updated version.

Note: the ordering address on the Just For Kids cd-rom is WRONG.

To install : AOL may unzip this automatically.

With this new version, the sounds can be in a  subdirectory called "Sounds", or in the current directory. That's basically all there is to it. 

The program requires VBRUN300.DLL to be in windows\system, which you can get from AOL.

Then, add it to a program group, run it from program manager or click on the mpsw.exe file from file manager.


To use: 

This is one part of a Four part program.  The square immediately begins counting. To play, click on play. The square will ask "How many fingers...." and you guess.  Of course, it is in very easy mode, and the correct number is highlighted green. This can be turned off by the menu.

The full program has original MIDI music, three more voices, Alphabet with 26 color pictures, addition and subtraction, and colors. It keeps score, too. This teaches your child to use windows, also, since he can use the menus.

For an extra $10.00, I'll throw in the Visual Basic Code for you VB'ers.
